Return Policy


Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from purchase date to receive store credit or an exchange only. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not contacted us at wildchildfreespiritco@gmail.com, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be granted a return.

Any item that is received by Wild Child Free Spirit more than 30 days after original purchase will not be eligible for return.

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange. If you are approved, then we will issue you store credit right away or ship you an exchange.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or a change in size is needed. Change in size is not guaranteed, it will be determined based on size availability. If you need to exchange item for the same item, send us an email at wildchildfreespiritco@gmail.com.  We will contact you with information on size availability. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Wild Child Free Spirit must be contacted within 15 days of the gift giver's purchase to be eligible for return. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
